About a century ago, Crandall® Cutlery Company - another historic Case family brand - was producing some of the most sought after knives in the industry. The company was run by Herbert Crandall until 1911, when he joined his brother-in-law, Russell Case, at W.R. Case & Sons at one of the more critical points in American cutlery history. This new family of knives pays homage to Crandall's legacy with the introduction of Crandall jigged Caramel Bone handles. The rich color of the bone accentuates the unusual jigging, creating a knife that is truly breathtaking - and worthy of the Crandall family name. Productions is limited to 1,000 pieces per pattern.
